My experience on the FWD Digital Graduate Programme has helped me to mature drastically as the start of my career. The people I have worked with from Japan and across Asia are passionate about “changing the way people feel about insurance”, and inspired me to do the same. From being the MC in front of more than 2,000 people, working on projects with FWD Group Office to create a ground-breaking platform, to pitching my idea to an external partner, the whole FWD Digital Graduate Programme has shaped me to develop my strengths.
With rotations in 3 departments (6 months each), you will gain exposure to different business functions, which is a chance to meet new people, discover your passion, and unleash your potential.
Following the Understand-Know-Do framework, we provide structured learning through various learning resources, facilitator-led workshops and mentorships. You will be supported, motivated, and valued throughout the programme.
You will meet other digital graduates and leaders in other offices on regional conferences, helping you understand FWD culture as a family and build your personal network.
