My experience on the FWD Digital Graduate Programme has helped me to mature drastically as the start of my career. The people I have worked with from Japan and across Asia are passionate about “changing the way people feel about insurance”, and inspired me to do the same. From being the MC in front of more than 2,000 people, working on projects with FWD Group Office to create a ground-breaking platform, to pitching my idea to an external partner, the whole FWD Digital Graduate Programme has shaped me to develop my strengths.
What you can expect
18 Months programme
With rotations in 3 departments (6 months each), you will gain exposure to different business functions, which is a chance to meet new people, discover your passion, and unleash your potential.
3 Learning modes
Following the Understand-Know-Do framework, we provide structured learning through various learning resources, facilitator-led workshops and mentorships. You will be supported, motivated, and valued throughout the programme.
2 Regional conferences
You will meet other digital graduates and leaders in other offices on regional conferences, helping you understand FWD culture as a family and build your personal network.
Let’s see if we’re a good fit
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have recently completed a Bachelor's degree or will finish by July 2024.
- Can start full-time employment on August 1, 2024.
- Have up to 1 year of work experience after graduation.
- Preferably have internship or experience in tech, programming, software, or data analytics.
- Are passionate about digital initiatives and improving processes with technology.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Are proactive and excel in task execution.
- Possess strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Are fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Can solve problems independently or with a team.
- Can clearly express ideas and strategies in writing and verbally.

- Successful candidates proceed to a 1-day assessment.
- After that, you'll have a final interview.
- Selection depends on your experience, qualifications, and performance in the assessment and interview.
