FWD appoints Khor Kee Eng as Singapore CEO

FWD Group (“FWD”) today announced the appointment of Khor Kee Eng as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FWD Singapore, subject to regulatory approval.

Kee will helm the development of FWD Singapore to strengthen the Group’s position as a leading digital insurer in the country. Kee will report to the Board of Directors for FWD Singapore. He succeeds previous FWD Singapore CEO Abhishek Bhatia, who will transition to a new Group role as Chief Officer of New Business Models at FWD to focus on growing the digital direct-to-consumer business across the company as well as enhancing the structuring and execution of FWD’s digital partnerships and investments.

Kee joined as FWD Singapore Chief Financial Officer in March 2019 from Malaysia’s Tune Protect Group, where he was Group Chief Actuary.
